ΩSUITE is currently in private beta. Access is granted on an invitation-only basis and may be revoked at any time. By using the platform during this period you agree to the terms set out below.
You may use ΩSUITE for the lawful evaluation of its analytical capabilities within your organization. You may not redistribute access credentials, scrape outputs at scale, or integrate the platform into commercial offerings without a separate written agreement.
ΩSUITE provides analytical tools, data aggregation, and AI-powered insights designed to support investment research and decision-making. It does not provide investment advice, recommendations, or solicitations, and is not registered as an investment adviser with any regulatory authority. All outputs are decision-support material; you are solely responsible for any investment decisions.
The platform is provided “as is” during the private beta, without warranties of any kind. Past performance indicators and analytical projections do not guarantee future results. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ΩSUITE and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading positions arising from use of the platform.
Information about the platform internals, modules, and orchestration logic disclosed to you during evaluation is provided in confidence. You agree not to disclose this information to third parties without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination you will cease using the platform and destroy any confidential materials in your possession.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the place where ΩSUITE is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
